  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent by April 21, 2023

  • Must be at least 18 years of age by April 21, 2023​

2-Step Application Process

Step 1: City of Yuma applications 
Now Closed. 


Step 2: Must test with Public Safety Answers by
April 24, 2023 - 5:00 pm 
NOTE: CITY Applications are now closed. Only those who have already applied should test.


Test Fee of $50 required.* Financial hardship requests can be sent to: richard.root@yumaaz.gov**
Application fee will be reimbursed for those hired who successfully complete the orientation academy
