Ready to fulfill your dreams of becoming a firefighter?  We're looking for like- minded individuals who identify with our ideals and can carry out our mission statement in each and every interaction with the citizens of our great community. 

Minimum Qualifications

​​​​​

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of formal training beyond high school

​​

  • Must possess a valid driver's license

​

  • Preferred qualifications

    • ​Firefighter II, NREMT Paramedic

    • or Firefighter II with NREMT

    • NREMT Paramedics without Firefighter II​

 

*Individuals hired without Firefighter 2 or paramedic will be sent to training by the department.
