Ready to fulfill your dreams of becoming a Firefighter?  We're looking for like minded individuals who identifies with our ideals and can carry out our mission statement in each and every interaction with citizens of our great community.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Must possess a current Arizona State or Nationally Registered Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic certification

  • Must possess a current Candidate Physical Agility Test (CPAT) within the last year (January 3, 2024 – January 3, 2025)​​​

2 Step Process 

 Step 1: Apply with City of Prescott by
January 3, 2025 - 11:59pm

 

 
Step 2: Complete testing with Public Safety Answers by January 10, 2025 - 8:00 pm*

*Qualified candidates will be provided a link by the city to test
