Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Missouri paramedic license

  • Valid Driver's License in the state of residency

  • Certification of Completion through the St. Louis County Fire Academy, or currently enrolled in the current Academy Class

  • Certified in ACLS, BLS, PALS, or Handtevy

2-Step Application Process

Step 1: Must apply with Metro West Fire Protection District by:
October 24, 2025 - 8:00pm CT 


Step 2: Must Test with Public Safety Answers by:
October 24, 2025 - 8:00pm CT
