The Maricopa Fire/Medical Department is a progressive, community-focused department committed to protecting and serving at the highest level. We're seeking motivated individuals who believe in our mission, share our values, and take pride in serving the Maricopa community.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of application

Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalency

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Must possess a valid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certificate at the time of application

Must possess a current (less than 12 months old) Candidate Physical Abilities Test (CPAT) certification by the Intern Academy Readiness Assessment on November 1, 2025
