Lateral applicants - starting wage based on years of experience and certifications obtained. Year for year credit for experience at other comparable Municipal or District Fire Departments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
$2,000 signing bonus for candidates with more than 1 year full-time equivalent service
Minimum Qualifications

Must possess a High school diploma (GED) or equivalent

Must possess, or able to obtain by hire date, a valid Utah Driver’s License
-
Must possess, or able to obtain by August 27, 2025, Utah state or National Registry EMT-B Certification
Testing period will occur between August 29 - September 7, 2025.
Qualified Candidates will be provided a test link by the department.
