Public Safety Answers uses a one way recorded interview to help assess the interpersonal communications skills of the applicant.  The questions that will be answered by each applicant are created entirely by the client based upon their needs and can we watched on their own time.  A one way recorded interview ensures that all applicants are being asked and evaluated on the same set of predetermined questions.  Additionally, this technology allows interviews to be shared with others for evaluation and there is a customized scoring option that helps eliminate groupthink that often times finds it's way into the hiring process.
