Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Operator’s License with a Department of Motor Vehicle record of no more than 6 demerit points in 1 year
-
No DUI conviction in the last 12 months
2 Step Application Process
Step 1: Apply with Henrico County by:
July 1, 2025 - 11:59 p.m. (Mandatory)
Step 2: Complete Testing and Video Interview with Public Safety Answers:
July 7 - 11, 2025 - 11:59 pm ET*
