Fountain Hills Fire Department is a progressive, community-focused department committed to protecting and serving at the highest level.  We're seeking motivated individuals who believe in our mission, share our values, and take pride in serving the Fountain Hills community. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age at the time of application

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent at time of application

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License or, if hired, able to obtain by date of hire

  • Valid and active Arizona and/or National Registry EMT or Paramedic certification at time of application

  • Proof of a valid CPAT provided by an IAFF/IAFC licensee within the last six (6) months from time of application

2 Step Application Process

Step 1: Apply with Town of Fountain Hills by:
April 6, 2026 - 5:00 pm MT.

Step 2: Complete Testing and Video Interview with Public Safety Answers by:
April 9, 2026 - 5:00 pm MT.
