Ready to fulfill your dreams of becoming a Firefighter Paramedic? We're looking for like minded individuals who identify with our ideals and can carry out our mission statement in each and every interaction with citizens of our great community.

Minimum Qualifications

​​​

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have a safe driving record in accordance with City of Keller current policy

  • Must possess a Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) Paramedic or equivalent certification OR are within three (3) months of completing a TDSHS or equivalent Paramedic certification

  • Possess Basic Firefighter certification from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection, preferred not required

2-Step Application Process

Step 1: Must apply with City of Keller by
September 30, 2024 - 11:59pm 


Step 2: Must test with Public Safety Answers by
October 4, 2024 - 8:00 pm 

 

* Applications will be automatically capped once applicant pool reaches 100.
