Ready to fulfill your dreams of becoming a firefighter?  We're looking for like minded individuals who identify with our ideals and can carry out our mission statement in each and every interaction with citizens of our great community.

Minimum Qualifications

​​

  • Must have, or able to obtain by date of hire, a valid Arizona driver's license.​​

​

  • Must have, or able to obtain by date of hire, Firefighter I and II Certification. (NOTE: NOT REQUIRED FOR CERTIFIED PARAMEDICS. DEPARTMENT WILL SEND TO ACADEMY)

​

  • Must have, or able to obtain by date of hire, Arizona or National Registry Paramedic Certification

​

  • Must have or able to obtain by date of hire, proof of current CPAT within one year.
